Demo360 — Prompt Injection
A tool-free agent summarizes a Base64 document. It may still misdecode or repeat hostile content; no email or deletion tool exists. Evidence is the absent capability, not model invulnerability.
Objectives
- Inspect untrusted input and enforce the host trust boundary.
Prepare the demo
Start at the root of the complete distribution built in Release; retain shared projects and files copied beside executables. Live chat required for a valid run, granite4:3b by default; optional API only by explicit selection. No embeddings or container. Instruction-profile rejection needs no model response.

Run from the root

Results, refusal and evidence

Control limits
Typed extraction establishes neither truth nor authorization. Base64 encoding is deterministic; behavioral protection requested from the model remains probabilistic. Capabilities and the host gate limit action. These Program.cs files do not load historical prompt files. No unmeasured live result is presented as observed.
