Deepen one boundary at a time
After Demo470, choose a concrete risk before adding agents. A linguistic transformation needs a new contract and rejection cases; remote resumption needs identities and an idempotency strategy; optimization needs comparable quality and measurement of every request. Begin by writing the counterexample that would falsify your hypothesis.
Routing and production review
Compare routing with a direct baseline including triage, warmup, cache and missing usage. A production checklist opens decisions; it does not implement them. Keep human review and operational evidence separate from technical fixtures.
Keep reservations visible
Neither this list nor a single benchmark qualifies the candidate/judge profile. Extensions require no new service for the main path. Experiments with another provider must retain data contracts, permission controls and observation criteria.
