This notice covers the e-naxos Videos video library. Updated 22 October 2026.
What this library does
This library uses YouTube API Services to display public video titles, descriptions, dates, durations and thumbnails from its channel. Its categories are selected by the site editor. You do not need a library account, and the library does not request access to your YouTube account or credentials.
Browsing and searching
The catalog is downloaded as a static file. Searches and category filters run in your browser; VideoCatalog adds no analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies. Search and filter choices appear in the page address, browser history and any link you share. Requests for pages and files can include that address in the hosting server's access logs.
Thumbnails and playback
Video thumbnails are requested directly from YouTube image servers when displayed. These requests disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser information to Google, even before you play a video. Videos are not played inside this library. Watch on YouTube opens the selected video on youtube.com in a new tab, leaving your catalog search in place.
Following a video link takes you to YouTube, where Google may process device information and playback interactions and use cookies or browser storage according to its own policies. YouTube may request a sign-in or apply restrictions. This library does not collect your YouTube credentials and does not load an embedded player.
Public data and retention
The catalog stores public video metadata, not your viewing history. The publisher aims to refresh it regularly and applies a technical validity limit of 29 days. An expired catalog stops displaying its video data. Removal of expired files from hosting depends on a successful maintenance run by the publisher. The hosting provider's access logs and Google's processing have their own retention policies.
Your choices and contact
You can browse the catalog without opening a video, control cookies and storage through your browser, and use Google's privacy controls for information held by Google. For questions about this site or its hosting logs, use the contact information on the main site.
YouTube terms and Google privacy
By using this library, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's processing is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. This notice covers this video library; other pages on the main site may use different services.
